And we don’t measure quality by how easily these ingredients can be processed; it’s all about delicious taste and nutritional value. We place our bets on minimal processing. ARTISAN PRODUCTION METHODS
When processing the high-quality ingredients for the products we develop in-house, we do so with extreme care using artisan production methods. Ninety per cent of our products are made in our own production facilities – with as much love and care as you would find at home. Just on a bigger scale.

We believe that the quality of premium food products also depends on a policy of openness and transparency. This allows us to trace the raw ingredients of all our products all the way back to their origins. We also provide exact information about all the ingredients and food processing aids used.
