Overnight Oats with Amaranth Muesli

Perfect for all those who are short of time in the morning. This breakfast is best prepared in a large bowl to make enough for three days. And don’t worry: there are so many different toppings that it won’t get boring even by the third day!

Ingredients for three breakfasts for one person

80g Allos Amaranth Basic Muesli

Approx 300 ml oat milk (alternatives include cow’s milk, soya, almond or rice milk)

1 tbsp linseed

A small handful of frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or a mixture)

2–3 tbsp natural yogurt

A touch of cinnamon

Honey to taste

Toppings: fresh fruit (e.g. kiwi, banana or grated apple) and desiccated coconut 

1. Pour the Allos Amaranth basic muesli into a bowl and top with oat milk until the muesli is covered.

2. Stir in the linseed and berries, then cover and place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
