Pasta with Peas and Tofu

2 yellow peppers
200 g smoked tofu
150 g sugar snap peas
2 tbsp sesame oil
500 g fusilli or farfalle pasta
1 tbsp each of black and white sesame
100 g Allos Hofgemüse spread (Enno’s Pea and Basil)
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper

1. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Dice the tofu. Halve the sugar snap peas. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables and tofu for approximately five minutes. Season with salt and pepper.  

2. Cook the pasta. Toast the sesame in a dry pan. 

3. Stir the Allos Hofgemüse spread in with the vegetables. Drain the pasta, collecting about half a cup of pasta water in the process, and then mix this in with the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve the pasta on deep plates with the vegetables and scatter the sesame over the top to finish.
